Le Code du travail pr\u00e9voit les crit\u00e8res et seuils de p\u00e9nibilit\u00e9 ouvrant droit \u00e0 des points. L&rsquo;enregistrement de ces points \u00ab\u00a0p\u00e9nibilit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb sur le C2P se fait en fin d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s des caisses d&rsquo;assurance retraite et de la sant\u00e9 au travail et des caisses g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale par le biais de ce que l&rsquo;on appelle la DSN (D\u00e9claration Sociale Nominative).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:240px\"
