class=\"has-large-font-size\">La discrimination n\u2019est pas une simple in\u00e9galit\u00e9 de traitement : c\u2019est une violence symbolique qui blesse les individus dans leur dignit\u00e9 et mine la confiance collective. Dans le monde du travail, elle prend des formes multiples : refus d\u2019embauche, carri\u00e8re bloqu\u00e9e, remarques d\u00e9sobligeantes, mise \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cart ou encore sanctions injustifi\u00e9es. Ces comportements fragilisent non seulement celles et ceux qui en sont directement victimes, mais aussi l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019organisation, en cr\u00e9ant un climat de peur, de m\u00e9fiance et d\u2019injustice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">\u00c0 la SNCF, entreprise publique embl\u00e9matique, la lutte contre les discriminations rev\u00eat une importance particuli\u00e8re. La diversit\u00e9 de ses agents est une richesse consid\u00e9rable : femmes et hommes de tous \u00e2ges, de toutes origines, de toutes comp\u00e9tences, travaillant ensemble au service du transport ferroviaire. Mais cette richesse ne peut pleinement s\u2019exprimer que si chacun b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie des m\u00eames droits et des m\u00eames opportunit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">L\u2019UNSA-Ferroviaire, en tant que syndicat repr\u00e9sentatif, place ce combat au c\u0153ur de son action. D\u00e9fendre les salari\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s, c\u2019est aussi garantir que personne ne soit jug\u00e9 sur des crit\u00e8res ill\u00e9gitimes, mais uniquement sur ses comp\u00e9tences et son professionnalisme. Il interdit express\u00e9ment toute mesure discriminatoire dans le recrutement, la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la formation, la promotion professionnelle et la rupture du contrat de travail. Il impose aux employeurs une obligation d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 de traitement entre tous les salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <strong>Code p\u00e9nal<\/strong> va encore plus loin : il d\u00e9finit la discrimination comme un d\u00e9lit. Autrement dit, discriminer n\u2019est pas seulement une faute professionnelle ou civile, c\u2019est un comportement sanctionn\u00e9 par la justice p\u00e9nale, au m\u00eame titre qu\u2019une agression physique ou qu\u2019une escroquerie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"secondary-title-engagement has-large-font-size\"><strong><strong><strong><strong>L\u2019\u00e9volution historique<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant longtemps, la discrimination n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 clairement d\u00e9finie par la loi. Ce n\u2019est qu\u2019en 1972 que la France a adopt\u00e9 une premi\u00e8re l\u00e9gislation pour r\u00e9primer les discriminations raciales.
