Les personnes en situation de handicap \u00e0 la SNCF vivent une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 faite de d\u00e9fis, mais aussi de solidarit\u00e9. Ce dossier veut rappeler que l\u2019accord 2025 n\u2019est pas seulement un texte administratif : il est une promesse d\u2019accompagnement, de respect et d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9. L\u2019UNSA Ferroviaire entend rester aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s des salari\u00e9s, \u00e0 la fois vigilante et bienveillante.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"secondary-title-engagement has-larger-font-size\"><strong>Dossier \u2013 Personnes en situation de handicap<br>Accord 2025 et engagement de l\u2019UNSA Ferroviaire<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">R\u00e9f\u00e9rents handicap<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque \u00e9tablissement SNCF dispose d\u00e9sormais d\u2019un r\u00e9f\u00e9rent handicap identifi\u00e9. Son r\u00f4le est d\u2019accompagner les salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s, de coordonner les d\u00e9marches et de sensibiliser les \u00e9quipes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">Am\u00e9nagements de poste et aides financi\u00e8res<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">L\u2019accord renforce les moyens financiers d\u00e9di\u00e9s : mat\u00e9riel adapt\u00e9, logiciels sp\u00e9cifiques, am\u00e9nagements ergonomiques. Ces aides sont valid\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re centralis\u00e9e pour garantir l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"secondary-title-engagement has-large-font-size\">Jours d\u2019absence d\u00e9di\u00e9s<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les salari\u00e9s b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de jours d\u2019absence suppl\u00e9mentaires li\u00e9s au handicap. Ces jours permettent de suivre des soins ou de r\u00e9aliser des d\u00e9marches administratives sans p\u00e9naliser leur carri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">Pilotage et indicateurs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un suivi r\u00e9gulier est pr\u00e9vu : indicateurs chiffr\u00e9s, bilans annuels et transparence sur les r\u00e9sultats. Cette mesure vise \u00e0 assurer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de l\u2019accord et la confiance des salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">Extension aux filiales<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019accord n\u2019est pas limit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise historique. Il s\u2019\u00e9tend progressivement aux filiales, garantissant \u00e0 tous les salari\u00e9s du groupe un acc\u00e8s \u00e9quitable aux droits et dispositifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce dossier a pour objectif de pr\u00e9senter un \u00e9tat des lieux du handicap en France, de d\u00e9tailler les obligations l\u00e9gales des employeurs, et d\u2019expliquer les avanc\u00e9es introduites par l\u2019accord national interne de 2025 au sein du groupe SNCF.
