En 2025, les contractuels repr\u00e9sentent 30 % des agents SNCF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La fin de l\u2019embauche des cheminots au statut au 1er janvier 2020 a programm\u00e9 l\u2019extinction progressive des \u00ab statutaires \u00bb. Cette mesure a acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re vertigineuse le r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrage statutaires\/contractuels : chaque ann\u00e9e depuis 2020, ce sont en moyenne 5 \u00e0 6 000 nouveaux cheminots qui viennent grossir le nombre de contractuels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le m\u00eame temps, le nombre de statutaires diminue chaque ann\u00e9e d\u2019environ 3 000 retrait\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 ce rythme, ce qui \u00e9tait la norme ne le sera bient\u00f4t plus : en 2030, le corps social cheminot serait compos\u00e9 \u00e0 parts \u00e9gales de statutaires et de contractuels. Mais ce serait sans compter sur l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration du volume de d\u00e9parts en retraite des salari\u00e9s du cadre permanent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entrer \u00e0 la SNCF en tant que contractuel, c\u2019est int\u00e9grer une grande entreprise avec ses r\u00e8gles, ses codes et ses sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s. Contrairement aux statutaires, votre contrat rel\u00e8ve du droit commun et de la convention collective ferroviaire. Cela signifie que votre parcours, votre r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration et votre \u00e9volution reposent sur un ensemble de r\u00e8gles moins visibles, mais bien r\u00e9elles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e8s le d\u00e9part, votre positionnement d\u00e9pend de votre poste, de votre classe et de votre exp\u00e9rience. Ce positionnement est essentiel, car il va structurer votre salaire, mais aussi vos perspectives d\u2019\u00e9volution. Beaucoup d\u2019agents d\u00e9couvrent progressivement ce fonctionnement, alors qu\u2019il conditionne pourtant leur trajectoire d\u00e8s l\u2019embauche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deux agents recrut\u00e9s sur un m\u00eame poste peuvent avoir des salaires diff\u00e9rents. Cela d\u00e9pend de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience reconnue \u00e0 l\u2019embauche, de la n\u00e9gociation et du niveau de poste. Un agent peut mettre plusieurs ann\u00e9es \u00e0 rattraper cet \u00e9cart, car les augmentations ne compensent pas toujours le d\u00e9calage initial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e8s le d\u00e9part, il est donc essentiel de comprendre sur quelle base vous \u00eates positionn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns alignwide is-not-stacked-on-mobile engagement-title-block is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column engagement-title-number is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6a68e5a6747588a5316d9cc56a23898e\" style=\"color:#1d70b7\"><strong>#<\/strong> 2<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column engagement-title-text is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading engagement-title-text\">Statutaires, contractuels, les m\u00eames droits dans beaucoup de domaines.<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignwide is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-8cf370e7 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p>Longtemps d\u00e9finis comme des\u2026 non-statutaires, les contractuels, dans les faits et en vertu des anciennes dispositions du GRH00254 et des accords n\u00e9goci\u00e9s dans l\u2019entreprise et dans la branche, partagent avec les cheminotes et cheminots statutaires les m\u00eames droits sur bon nombre d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments structurants de la vie au travail et en dehors :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019organisation du temps de travail est identique, garantie par l\u2019accord de branche et l\u2019accord d\u2019entreprise : droit aux repos, seuils et taquets, dur\u00e9e et r\u00e9gime de travail<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c0 de tr\u00e8s rares exceptions pr\u00e8s, le droit r\u00e9glementaire (les principaux \u00ab GRH \u00bb) s\u2019applique \u00e9galement pour tous : droit aux cong\u00e9s r\u00e9glementaires et suppl\u00e9mentaires, formation, reconnaissance de dipl\u00f4mes, facilit\u00e9s de circulation, droit syndical, indemnit\u00e9s de suj\u00e9tion et \u00e9l\u00e9ments variables de solde (EVS)<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enfin, les accords n\u00e9goci\u00e9s (ou \u00ab quasi-accords \u00bb se transformant en d\u00e9cision unilat\u00e9rale de l&#8217;employeur &#8211; DUE) s\u2019appliquent \u00e0 tous : \u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 aux revalorisations annuelles, forfait mobilit\u00e9s durables, garanties disciplinaires, mesures en faveur de l\u2019emploi des travailleurs handicap\u00e9s, int\u00e9ressement, aide au logement, acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019action sociale, acc\u00e8s au temps partiel, au compte \u00e9pargne temps (CET)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si l\u2019on excepte le r\u00e9gime sp\u00e9cial, dans sa composante retraite et assurance maladie, \u00e9l\u00e9ment structurant du cadre permanent, ce sont les notations et la structure de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration (prime de travail, indemnit\u00e9 de r\u00e9sidence (IR), prime de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e (PFA)&#8230;) qui diff\u00e9rencient le plus ces deux populations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TOUS CHEMINOTS !
